What solution do you use for sanitation cleaning?

SteraMist Is the state of the art equipment we use to sanitize your commercial property or residential property. SteraMist utilizes Binary Ionization Technology (BIT) that is a patented two-step process that activates and ionizes a 7.8% Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) solution through a Cold Plasma Arc. The fine fog that is created is called Ionized Hydrogen Peroxide (iHP) that contains a high concentration of Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) consisting mostly of hydroxyl radicals (-OH). These hydroxyl radicals damage pathogenic organisms through cellular disruption and/or dysfunction. This allows for disinfection and decontamination of small targeted surfaces to large areas.

SteraMist features iHP technology. This is a patented process, involving two key steps, which activate and ionize 7.8 percent Hydrogen Peroxide sole active ingredient based solution into ionized Hydrogen Peroxide (iHP). However, what makes this product different from competing environmental systems is that the eﬃcient kill is not Hydrogen Peroxide. Rather, the proper contamination and application of iHP has a high Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) concentration, which tends to consist mainly of hydroxyl radicals (OH) as the filling agent. How does this make a difference? OH is one of the most powerful oxidizing agents of this nature. When using the SteraMist Sanitizing Spray, OH will kill fungal spores and bacteria, inactivating viral cells through the destruction of their lipids, carbohydrates, and proteins.
